Dr. Hemlata Sodhiya (also known as Dr. Hemlata Kapadnis) completed her MBBS in 2001 from RMC College, Loni and her post-graduation in Obstetrics and Gynecology from BJ Medical Government College, Pune in 2006. She gained extensive experience working at KEM Hospital, Wadia Hospital and Rajawadi Hospital, Mumbai. Additionally, she served as a Clinical Associate at a Fertility Center in Mumbai under Dr. Sadhana Desai for one year.
Dr. Hemlata has completed Fellowship in Laparoscopic Surgery under Dr. Rajesh Modi in Akola and has received Ultrasound training at Wadia Hospital and Chikitsa Centre in Mumbai. She has done Fellowship in Minimal Inavasive Surgery (FMAS). She also has done Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynecology and is also a Fellow of the prestigious Indian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FICOG).
With over 18 years of clinical practice, Dr. Hemlata specializes in high-risk pregnancies, infertility treatments, laparoscopic surgeries, and aesthetic gynecology. She is an active participant in various workshops and conferences, has presented case reports and papers at numerous conferences, and has been invited as faculty in CME and conferences. Dr. Hemlata Sodhiya is an amazing gynaecologist and obstetrician. I used to consult her for regular check-ups before my pregnancy and also throughout my pregnancy.

Dr. Hemlata is a best Gyne I have ever experienced…Before meeting her I have consulted with few other gyne who were just professional with their patients however she is out of the world I would say, she listen to everyone very patiently n calmly and give personal touch to all..I am blessed with a baby girl a week ago, delivered normally...in spite of so many complications she managed so well and gave her o/s support all the time .During the whole term, she was approachable, remembered all my details before I visited her.She was extra caring at the time of delivery and made late night calls to ensure I had all the comfort.My delivery was super comforting. Very Professional & Dynamic Gynaecologist, would like to tell u ppl, that my wife is having high risk pregnancy, as she suffered from Dengue & food poisoning in second trimester, I worried a alot about my Wife & Baby(specially about the development of my baby). But she assured us not to panic, nd given the necessary treatment. Nd she helped us whenever we needed her 24x7. She Examined her, whole period very carefully (about 6 months) nd my wife delivery was Normal & the Baby is also fine....

Hemlata Ma’am is the best Doctor I have ever met. She has a very good nature and understands and listens all the concerns and politely respond to all the queries.
My pregnancy journey started back in 2022 when we consulted maam for the family planning and she guided us with all the necessary medications and told us to keep patience. We followed all the medications and she always gave us positive hope without any unnecessary tests or medications.
We tried for 6 months and took all the medicines which ma’am has given and in 2023 we conceived naturally. Now we are blessed with a baby boy in july 2024 with normal delivery.

I came across Dr.Hemlata Ma'am in the year 2017 for the treatment of lumps in my breasts. She treated it merely by prescribing me medicines which completely dissolved the lumps and it never happened again, whereas previously I had to undergo a biopsy for the same at Arpan Nursing Home,but unfortunately it happened again.
Then, for my first and second delivery I never gave a second thought and I chose Dr.Hemlata Ma'am. She not only did my normal delivery but also took great care of my health during and after delivery. Both my pregnancies went very smooth all because of Ma'am and her prescription of medicines. Both my kids are healthy and fine.She makes you feel at ease and listens to your problems carefully.
